Forgotten on my special day: A heartbreaking birthday story of neglect and loneliness, my heart is broken.

January 6, 2024 by Pham Hien

This morning, December 2, 2023, is the birthday of Mực, a 2-year-old Poodle. Mực is a very cute and obedient dog. He is always attached to his owner, always happy and sociable with everyone.

Since early in the morning, Mực woke up and ran outside, looking forward to receiving birthday wishes from everyone. But all day long, Mực was alone. No one came to visit, no one sent a greeting.

Mực was very sad. He lay in the corner of the house, his eyes sadly looking out the window. He thought that he was not loved, that he was not remembered.

Hearing the owner’s words, Mực wagged its tail happily. He understood that he was still loved by his owner, and that there were still people who cared about him.

Mực happily ran outside to play with the neighborhood dogs. He forgot his sadness and enjoyed his birthday.

Mực’s story is a reminder to us that we should always care for and love the people around us, especially our loved ones. Because, just a wish, a small gesture of care can make others feel happy and loved.
