Shep Rose and Sienna Evans Split After She Claims ‘We Never Actually Dated’
On the March 6 episode of Southern Charm, Shep Rose finally faces the reality of his relationship with Sienna Evans.
After Sienna, 26, fails to show up for a boat trip with friends, Shep, 45, confides in Craig Conover that he has a necklace he wants to give her. “Do I look like a fool if I give it to her?” he asks Craig.
Craig is skeptical as Sienna repeatedly avoids Shep during their trip to the Bahamas. “You don’t have to be a genius to see that she doesn’t like you,” Craig notes in the exclusive interview.
Still, Shep insists to Craig that he and Sienna have a “special connection.” But Craig shoots it down: “No, they’re broken up.”
The Face-Off
At dinner, Shep and Sienna sit alone on the beach to talk. He gives her a shark tooth necklace, which she immediately puts on. But when Shep expresses that he thought this would be a serious relationship, Sienna surprisingly responds:
“But we were never really together.”
This leaves Shep feeling completely rejected. “We were in love. Do you admit it?” Shep asks.
“I’m not sure it was love,” Sienna replies.
In a personal interview, Shep bitterly realizes: “This is probably the first time I’ve tried to keep someone… but it seems like she never wanted it in the first place.”
The Foreshadowed Ending
After the group arrives at dinner, Madison LeCroy points out that the necklace Shep gave Sienna is identical to the one he gave Taylor Ann Green in the past. This made it even more clear to Sienna that Shep wasn’t the right person for her.
“Shep needs someone who’s willing to take a back seat in his life, and I’m not that person,” Sienna told Madison bluntly.
As the conversation grew more heated, Shep decided to pull Sienna away from the dinner table and break things off.
“She was avoiding what we both knew was true. It’s sad to see something fall apart right in front of you,” Shep shared in his final interview.
The next morning, Shep said he felt “freed” and realized, “Looking back, there were more issues than I thought.”
